Welcome to MS Special Creations.  Thank you for taking the time to visit  my website. Although this site is still under construction, jewelry is available for purchase. My wish is that you are able to sit back and enjoy viewing my picture gallery. Always keep in mind that custom orders are available.

What I Do

My name is Margo Strong and I live in Humbold County in Northern CA.  I began designing jewelry three years ago, but have only begun to sell it since November of 2007.  I began making jewelry because I would often visit out local bead shops here in Eureka and admire the many beautiful beads.  Once when I was visiting a local bookstore I spotted some beaded bookmarks, called "book thongs" made with string and beads. Immediately I thought, "I could make those," providing me with a purpose to purchase many of the beautiful beads I loved.

After visiting the bead shop often, the owner finally convinced me that I should try my hand at creating jewelry.  She was more than happy to teach me many basic techniques and from there I continued to teach myself.  I soon discovered that I have a love for designing jewelry.  I would wear my creations and often people would ask if I would be interested in making something for them.  Often I would hear the comment that I should sell my jewelry.  Finally,  in November of 2007  a friend offered to host an open house jewelry show at her home and from then on I have been booking home parties and selling my designs. It has been a wonderful experience thus far, and I can only hope to grow as time passes.

I am passionate about my jewerly making. For me it is a great stress reliever and allows me time to dive  into my own little world of creation and fantasy, helping me to forget about the many stresses we so often encounter in life.
